Are You Getting Fit? Here’s What You Need to Know

Try doing some regular training – especially fitness boxing or martial arts. For a woman to punch a punching bag or even shadow boxing in front of the mirror builds confidence, strength, and skills. But your exercise doesn’t have to be boxing.
The best exercise is the one you actually do. Yet more than half of the population don’t do any. 80% of fitness is just showing up. You don’t have to do much to make a big difference to your body and your life. Combine some cardio training a few times a week, say Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and if you can, some strength training on the other days.
With exercise, you’ll be building a stronger body, more confidence and will be less of a target and more able to defend if need be. It does not matter exactly what you do, what matters is that you do.
